“As described in the Strategic Report, there remain ongoing investigations due to the incident at the O2 Academy Brixton, a venue operated by the company. We do not expect any outflows, other than legal costs, in relation to the incident during the going concern assessment period. With this considered, the company cashflow projects, including plausible downside scenarios modelled, that the group will continue in a favourable liquidity position and have sufficient resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the duration of the going concern assessment period.”

Significant events
- “On 15 December 2022 there was an incident at one of the company's venues, the O2 Academy Brixton, which sadly resulted in serious injuries including two fatalities. The venue was closed but following a review of the Premises Licence on 15 September 2023, Lambeth Council granted a licence variation for the O2 Academy Brixton, subject to a number of conditions. The venue re-opened on 19 April 2024.”
- “In September 2023, during a structural survey of the O2 Academy Sheffield, it was reported that the roof construction across the whole venue predominantly included suspected Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) roof planks. The venue remained closed during 2024 for repair or replacement of the roof and is expected to open in 2026.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
