- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the reasons mentioned in note 1.2. The current assets of the Company exceed the current liabilities as at the balance sheet date. Based on the above, management believes that the entity can pay debts as and when they fall due. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the report and financial statements. The Company has a letter of support in place from its ultimate parent company, Paramount Skydance Corporation, which states that, should it be required, Paramount Skydance Corporation will provide sufficient financial support to the Company and its controlled entities so they able to meet their financial obligations for at least twelve months from the signing date of these financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
