“The company is in a net current liability position as a result of loan balances with other companies within the wider Jacuzzi group. The going concern status of the company is therefore dependent on these liabilities not being recalled. The directors have sought and obtained written confirmation from a parent undertaking, Jacuzzi Brands LLC that it will continue to provide such financial support as necessary to allow the company to continue to meet its obligations as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from approval of the financial statements. As such the directors, having considered the current performance of the wider Jacuzzi group, conclude that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
