“Based on the Company's strong net asset position and its limited trading activities, and after consideration of the Company's forecasts and projections, the directors of the company have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors of the company have also received confirmation from the Company's parent undertaking Barnes Group Inc. that they will provide any financial support to the company where necessary for a period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. On this basis, the directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
