“As a subsidiary of Jewel Midco Limited, Charles Taylor Limited, has confirmed in writing it will continue to support the Company for at least twelve months from the date of the approval of these financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation, after considering the financial position and forecasts of the Group, that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements.”
