• “In view of the continuing challenges and uncertainties associated with the current economic climate the director was satisfied with the results for the year and with the financial position at the year end. The group recorded a turnover figure of £5,940,589 (2024 - £7,299,119) produced a gross profit margin of 45.31% (2024-50.64%) and reported a pre-tax net loss of £320,819 (2024 - net profit of £727,363). Group activity and performance during the year and into the following 2024/25 financial period have been influenced by worldwide inflationary pressures which has resulted, in particular, in an increase in raw material prices. Not all of these increases were passed onto the customer which has, as a consequence, affected the reported gross margin.”
