“Based on the analysis completed, the Group has adequate bank facilities available and the Directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the Group and the Company will be able to continue in operation and meet their liabilities as they fall due, retain sufficient available cash and not breach any covenants under any drawn facilities for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. They do not consider there to be a material uncertainty relating to the Group's and the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
