“The directors have reviewed the company's projected profits and cashflows. Having examined the current status of the principal contracts and likely developments in the foreseeable future, the directors consider that the company will be able to settle its liabilities as they fall due and accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In reaching this assessment the directors have considered a variety of information related to present and future projections of profitability, cash flows and capital resources, including the wider economic climate. As noted in the Strategic Report, it is the intention of the directors that the company will continue to operate beyond the end of contract date and will have sufficient assets to settle any remaining liabilities as they fall due.”
