“The Company incurred a loss in the year and is in net current liabilities and net liabilities position. After the year end the Company has performed as expected, there have been no significant cancellation of orders. The relationship with our clients and suppliers remains strong, with no adverse effect on debtor/creditor days and the Company's results in 2025 have benefited from the full year impact of significant client wins in 2024. The director is confident that with the financial resources available to it, the Company has adequate resources for all reasonably expected eventualities. After making enquiries, the director has reasonable expectations that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
