- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors believe that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate. Considering the net current asset position of £705,570 (2023 :£646,705) and possible future trading opportunities, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Additionally, the Company's ultimate parent company is WPP plc and it is part of the Group's cash pooling arrangements. Accordingly, in preparing the financial statements, the directors have adopted the going concern basis as explained in note 2 of the Financial Statements.”
Significant events
- “As at the 1st January 2025 Carl Byoir (UK) Limited's immediate parent, Hill & Knowlton Limited's operations, trade and assets were acquired by Burson Group Limited at book value. From this date, Hill & Knowlton's ongoing trade will be recognised within Burson Group Limited with the intention of liquidating the legal entity in 2026. This will not impact the nature or operations of this entity.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
