“The Directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these accounts after assessing the principal risks and having considered the impact of a severe but plausible downside scenarios... The Group's projections show that it will be able to operate within its existing banking facilities and covenants. Therefore, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company and Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these Financial Statements and, as a result, they have applied the going concern principle in preparing its consolidated and Company Financial Statements.”
