“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future being at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements and to meet its obligations as they fall due. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
