“In respect to the defined benefit Social Housing Pension Scheme, we were notified in 2021 by the Trustee of the Scheme that it has performed a review of the changes to the Scheme's benefits over the years, and the result is that there is uncertainty surrounding some of these changes. The Trustee is seeking clarification from the Court on these items, and this process is ongoing with the Court's determination expected no earlier than Summer 2025. It is estimated that this could potentially increase the value of the full scheme by £155m.”
