It was the intention of the directors that the Company would be liquidated imminently after ceasing trading activities, but due to an ongoing legal claim, the directors have not been able to apply for liquidation. It remains the intention of the directors to liquidate the Company at the earliest available opportunity. Accordingly, the going concern basis of preparation is no longer appropriate and the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
