“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In assessing the appropriateness of this basis, the directors have considered the Group's financial position, liquidity, and cash flow forecasts for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The directors have reviewed cash flow forecasts reflecting current trading conditions and the seasonal nature of the tour operator industry. In making their assessment, the directors have considered external factors, including inflationary pressures, foreign exchange volatility, and geopolitical risks, which may impact customer demand and operating costs. The directors have also considered the sensitivity of the forecasts to changes in key assumptions and the availability of mitigating actions, including cost control measures and pricing adjustments. Based on this assessment, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
