Material uncertainty over going concern
However, the fact that a successful outcome of the strategic review and covenant waiver / amendment negotiation is not wholly within the control of the directors means that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the Group and therefore the company to continue as a going concern and, therefore, to continue realising its assets and discharging its liabilities in the normal course of business.

Significant events
- “The macro-economic climate was challenging throughout FY24 which resulted in difficult trading conditions. Despite this, the business was able to increase gross margins, growing above 50%. The Group continues to focus on the areas it believes will result in turnover and profitability growth, most notably digital with the business investing in a new re-platform which went live in FY25 and already seeing continued positive results.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
