“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis. This assumes that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company is part of a group of companies engaged in contracting and construction activities. The Company's assets are extensively utilised by other group companies and are let at commercial rates. The Group's cash position has remained strong during the year and demand for the Company's assets, both from within the Group and from third parties, remains robust.”
