“The Company is funded via its shareholder AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("AMC"). The Company has received a letter of support from AMC which confirms that AMC has the ability to, and will provide the financial support required for the Company to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due to 30 June 2026. The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the period to 30 June 2026 (the "Review Period"), including scenarios that take into account severe but plausible downsides.”
