“The company has committed financing facilities in place with its ultimate shareholders and with Shawbrook Bank, in addition to positive cash balances. These facilities are sufficient to support the operations and planned investments of the company. After giving due consideration to these projections, including sensitivities and risks, and considering the committed funding facilities available to the company, the directors have adopted the going concern principle in preparing these financial statements.”
