“The directors have considered the basis of preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2025. The financial statements have been prepared on the basis that the company is a going concern. The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through net cash inflow from operations, cash resources and, if required, intercompany financing. The directors are satisfied that a parent undertaking has indicated its intent to provide the necessary financial support to enable the company to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due, if required. After making all necessary enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
