“The Directors have considered the future trading and cash flow levels of the Company and they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On 15 September 2025 the Company entered into a Cash Pooling arrangement with certain members of the group headed by Applus Services S.A. On this basis the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
