- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Directors have considered the future trading and cash flow levels of the Company and they have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. On 15 September 2025 the Company entered into a Cash Pooling arrangement with certain members of the group headed by Applus Services S.A. On this basis the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “In the year under review turnover has increased by 19.1% compared to the previous financial year. Expansion plans adopted in previous years continue to drive growth primarily in the automotive component and vehicle testing sectors. Towards the end of the year under review this growth started to slow particularly in the automotive sector. At the same time the Company is exploring diversification opportunities to expand into other sectors and will invest accordingly. Cost of sales increased reflecting a higher proportion of subcontract costs for work performed by fellow group subsidiaries. Administrative expenses have also risen reflecting an increase in headcount and wages, depreciation on investments, group charges and aborted acquisition expenses. As a result of the slow down in growth towards the end of the year some rationalisation of the cost base took place putting the business on a much better path for future periods.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
