“The Director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient asset resources to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due and there is no intention of winding up the Company in the foreseeable future. The Company is expected to continue to generate positive cashflows in the future and shares banking relationships with its parent and fellow subsidiaries, providing access to liquidity.
