“As part of the going concern assessment, the Directors have undertaken a reverse stress test to model a range of scenarios and assess the sensitivities around the company's financial position. Having considered the outcomes of this analysis, the Directors are satisfied that the scenarios modelled demonstrate the company has sufficient cash reserves to maintain financial sustainability for the foreseeable future, covering at least twelve months from the approval of these financial statements. As a result, the directors will continue to adopt the going concern basis when preparing the financial statements.”
