“After making enquiries, the directors have assessed that the Company, through the Group, generates sufficient additional cash flows to settle their obligations as and when they fall due. This assessment is made on the basis of the Company's continued operations, and access to the Group's existing cash reserves. Based on this analysis, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Annual Report and Financial Statements.”
