“The Directors have considered the going concern assumption given the risks and uncertainties faced by the company as described above and have formed the conclusion that there is a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. At 31 December 2024 the company had cash of £6.3m (2023: £6.6m) and no external financing. The company has net current assets at 31 December 2024 of £74.2m (2023: £84.3m).The directors have obtained a letter of support from its ultimate parent company Owens Corning, a US listed corporate. The directors have assessed their liability to rely on this letter of support given the change in ownership post year end, and they are satisfied that there is no intention to cease trading in the UK market and that Owens Corning has the ability to provide such support. The directors are therefore confident that the company can continue as a going concern for at least 12 months from the date of signing.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
