“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis given that the parent Company, Multimatic Holdings Inc, has resolved not to recall the amount due to it of £85,116,058 as at 31 December 2024 (2023 - £76,107,198) which are included in amounts falling due after more than one year and have confirmed their continued commitment to provide sufficient financial support to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. This support is committed for a period ending no earlier than 12 months from the date of signing.”
