Going concern
Affirmed

“At the time of signing these accounts, the Directors have considered detailed forecasts for the Company and the going concern position, and consider that this indicates that the Company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. Like many businesses, the periods of lockdown were particularly difficult for the Company due to a prolonged shut down of schools and sports facilities across the country. Trading has since improved and demand for the Company's products is increasing. The Directors continue to manage costs in the Company should trading conditions fluctuate. The Company will be reliant on the support of the parent company, Signature Fabrics Holdings Limited, and a fellow subsidiary, Friedman's Limited, who have confirmed they will provide financial support as required to allow the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing of these Financial Statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
