“The Directors have assessed the ongoing business activities and the factors likely to affect the future development, performance and financial position of the Company for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. Additionally, the Company is a subsidiary of WPP plc and is supported by WPP plc financing via the cash pooling arrangements. The Directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
