“As at 31 March 2025 the Company has net assets of £1.5M, cash of £0.5M and balances due to Knight Frank LLP of £1.6M. The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis as Knight Frank LLP has indicated its intention to provide the Company with financial support for a minimum of 12 months, from the date of issue of these financial statements.
