“The director has assessed the current financial position of the company, along with future cash flow requirements for a period in excess of 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements, to determine if the company has the financial resources to continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. The company continues to generate profits and cash flows and has a strong balance sheet and cash position. The conclusion of this assessment is that it is appropriate that the company be considered a going concern, based on forecast profitability and positive cash inflows. For this reason, the director continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
