“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company is financed by group cash pooling facilities, operated by its parent company Discovery Energy UK Holdings Limited. The Directors have prepared a cashflow forecast, including plausible downside scenarios, and concluded the Company has, with parent support, sufficient working capital and banking facilities for 12 months from signing. Directors are satisfied that the Company is to continue in operational existence by meeting its liabilities as they fall due.”
