“Given the assumptions above, and that the Directors are satisfied that the parent undertaking has agreed to support the company if required, with a letter of parental support in place, the Directors remain confident that the Group continue to operate in an agile way adapting to any continued travel disruption. Therefore, it is considered appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

• “On 7 December 2023, the Group refinanced its credit facilities with Lloyds Bank and NatWest. This included cancelling its current facility of £50m and CLBILS facility of £25m and entering into a new facility for £60m expiring in December 2025. The facility agreement included the option for two one-year extensions, both of which have now been exercised. The revised expiry date is therefore December 2027. In January 2024, the facility was increased by £25m until July 2025, making the total revised RCF available £85m.”
