“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The period since the reporting date has seen raw material prices fall slightly with a good raw material availability. The Directors formally review raw material price movements on a weekly basis, and have set selling prices accordingly. Through the stress testing performed the Directors remain confident that the Company will continue to trade profitably and will be able to pay its creditors as those payments fall due. The Company meets its day-today working capital requirements through an invoice finance agreement that is provided on a rolling basis with no expiry date, and a £500,000 CBILS loan that was introduced in September 2020 and which is repayable by 30 September 2025. The company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, and specifically raw material price and volume movements, show that the Company will operate comfortably within the level of its current facilities.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
