“The company has adequate financial resources. The Company benefits from the strong support of its parent entity and does not carry any external debt financing. The parent entity has indicated that it would be willing to support the Company should cash funding be required. Further, the directors have reviewed the company's budget for the next year and considered other plans, concluding that the company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and to meets its obligations as they arise, for at least 12 months from the date the accounts are signed. For these reasons, the directors are satisfied that, at the time of approving the financial statements, it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
