“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The trade of the Company is dependent on its penultimate parent Company, ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd ("ABB") and fellow subsidiary ABB BV as the trading performance of the Company is dependent on the continuation of the existing toll manufacturing agreement, and ABB intends to continue its trading relationship with the Company.”
