“The directors have reviewed the forecasts for the company and, based on this, have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future (at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements) due to stability in sales from existing cutomers and new licenses. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. The directors have also considered that the net current assets position is £5,099,323 and cash at bank and in hand amounts is £5,670,133 as of 31 December 2024, but although the net current assets and cash at bank positive position, a letter of support has been obtained from the intermediate holding company, Marchon Europe B.V., expressing its commitment to financially supporting Marchon UK Limited for at least 12 months after the approval of the financial statements, and that the commissionaire agreement will remain in place at least for 12 months from signing.”
