“The directors have considered the adequacy of the going concern assumption, including the maturity profile of the business's financing and covenant requirements and the trading and working capital expectations taking into account the current economic cycle in the UK. Using cash flow forecasts, the directors have produced both a base case and a severe but plausible downside scenario to review and "stress-test" these assumptions. After careful consideration the directors are satisfied that the Group and subsidiary companies have adequate resources to continue in operation for the foreseeable future being at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. For this reason, the directors continue to apply the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
