- “A post year end event has been the surrender of the lease at the garden centre at Studley Green in July 2025. Being the smallest by turnover in the group, this centre was not contributing to the profits of the group; there was also a dispute with the landlord over the responsibility of contaminated waste (asbestos) on the site. As such, an agreement was made with the landlord to allow them to take over the property and lease or operate the centre themselves.”
