“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides, the company will have sufficient funds through potential future dividends. If the company is unable to meet its liabilities as they fall due, Prologis, Inc. ("the ultimate controlling party") indicated its intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the company for the period covered by the forecasts. The company is in receipt of a letter of support from Prologis, Inc. indicating its intention to provide continued financial support to the company for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements.”
