“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, notwithstanding the outcomes of the financial modelling, which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company is dependent for its working capital on funds provided to it by Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA, the Company's ultimate parent undertaking. The directors have received a letter of support from its parent undertaking that if the Company does not have sufficient funds, then monies would be made available for it to settle any liabilities as and when they fall due for the foreseeable future and to at least 30 June 2026 which is the formal going concern period modelled by management.”
