“For the year ended 31 December 2024 the company incurred a loss of £746,032 and as at 31 December 2024, the company has net current liabilities of £8,537,379 and net liabilities of £8,535,069. For this reason, the directors have obtained a letter of support from Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions SA, which is further supported by its ultimate parent, Veolia Environnement SA. ... Therefore, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company can continue as a going concern for a period to 31 December 2026. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period up to 31 December 2026.”
Significant events
- “There were no significant events between the Balance Sheet date and the date of signing of the financial statements, affecting the company, which require adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
