“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which the director believes to be appropriate. This is supported by profit and loss and cash flow forecasts prepared by the director for the foreseeable future, which assume the ongoing availability of the current facilities and indicate that the Company will have adequate funding in place to enable it to meet its day to day expenditure for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
