“On this basis, the directors believe that the group and company is well-positioned to continue as a going concern and accordingly prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. At 31 December 2024, the group had net liabilities of £28,741,968 and net current liabilities of £4,031,392. Directors assessed ability to continue as going concern considering challenges in events industry, pricing erosion, lower EBITDA, US dollar exchange losses, and new ultimate parent company financial support.”
