“The trustees have continued to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Further details regarding the going concern basis can be found in the accounting policies (note 1 on page 18 to the financial statements). At 31 July 2025, the School has negative reserves of £7.0m, as expected. The School made a surplus of £1.17m for the period ended 31 July 2025 and will continue to have surpluses in future years. Having considered the above, the trustees believe it is reasonable to continue to adopt the going concern basis.”
