“The Directors acknowledge that there will remain a level of uncertainty in the short term, especially with the impact of the cost of living, increased employer costs following new government legislation and the potential impact of trade tariffs across the globe. Despite this there remains a shortage of Housing and with a number of secured contracts the Directors are confident that the Company will continue to trade for the foreseeable future. Additionally, a strong Balance Sheet and cash position gives the Directors confidence that the Company will remain financially stable and be able to continue to trade.”
