“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements. In making this assessment, the Directors have considered the cash flow forecasts for the period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company has also entered into a £10m Revolving Facility Agreement with Lloyds Bank plc which allows the business to trade through any short term downturn in the trading environment. At the date of signing these accounts, the Company had no drawdown on this facility.”
