- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company has cash resources and has no further requirement for external funding in excess of current facilities. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In making their assessment the directors have considered the impact on the business of global economic conditions caused by the Ukraine war, including the ability of the company to continue to service customers, the impact on future revenues and cash collections and the financial position of the wider group. They continue to believe the going concern basis of accounting appropriate in preparing the annual financial statements.”
Significant events
- “There was significant investment in new capital equipment to enhance our warranted print capacity. Furthermore, there was additional investment set aside to begin the refurbishment and updating of our head office.”
- “The business continued to focus on its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) credentials during the year 2024. These efforts resulted in the award again of Gold Status by EcoVardis and maintaining accreditations ISO45001, ISO 90001, ISO 140001, UVD Achillies and SSIP.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
