“The Directors have undertaken an assessment of whether the Company was a going concern when the accounts were prepared, considering all available information about the future, covering a period of 12 months from the date of the approval of the accounts. The Directors expect that the business will continue to generate adequate cash flows, together with Company's existing cash, cash equivalents and investments will be sufficient for the Company to meet its current and long-term liquidity and capital requirements. The Directors have formed a judgement at the time of approving financial statements that the Company will have access to adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
