“The year-end cash balance, the reserves that the 70% test require, and the visibility of forward sales provide the Directors with confidence that the Company will materially achieve cash forecasts over the assessment period. The Directors consider that under forecasted, and alternative reasonably possible scenarios, the Company will have sufficient liquidity to continue to trade for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the Directors have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”
