- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts, in conjunction with NECSWS India, for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, even when considering severe but plausible downsides, such as a reduction in trade volume of NECSWS India and other group entities and increased staff costs, the company will have sufficient funds, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. The company is profitable with net current assets and net assets. Also, NECSWS UK and the ultimate parent company, NEC Corporation Japan have indicated their intention to continue to make available such funds as are needed by the company during the going concern assessment period.”
Significant events
- “Squeeze on budgets, capex spends put on hold, uncertainty in US/UK due to elections, fear of recession, balancing of overspend and over hiring during Covid - all this contributing to challenging conditions and slowdown in our target markets, which has resulted in lower turnover.”
- “The Company evaluated all events and transactions that occurred after March 31, 2025, up until the date the company issued its financial statements. During this period, the Company did not have any material recognisable subsequent event.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
